Extra-Wide Body Digital Isolator
NSi82xx is a high-reliability digital isolator with high electromagnetic immunity, low electromagnetic radiation and low power consumption. The ultra-wide-body digital isolator in the SOWW16 package provides 5.7kVrms insulated voltage resistance, with 15mm creepage distance. It supports transmission rate up to 150Mbps, which can be used in high voltage systems with high requirements for creepage distance.
